You must contact us via e-mail and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to return shipping in order to receive your refund. Please be awre that no return will be accepted without a clearly markd RMA#. This RMA# must be written on the return package box. Once a return is accepted with RMA #, credit will be given to you with the instruction to use the credit. 30% of the merchandise price and shipping cost will be charged for unauthorized returns or exchanges.
