We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are not allowed due to hygiene reason. In case of receiving damaged merchandise or having lost shipments, must be reported within 7 days of delivery date (excepted delivery date).

You must contact us via e-mail and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to return shipping in order to receive your refund. Please be awre that no return will be accepted without a clearly markd RMA#. This RMA# must be written on the return package box. Once a return is accepted with RMA #, credit will be given to you with the instruction to use the credit. 30% of the merchandise price and shipping cost will be charged for unauthorized returns or exchanges.
